The Gallery continues to be improved. Thank you for your patience and interest

​The Hillside Memorial is inspiration to countless artists, photographers and film makers, poets, documentarians, singers and songwriters.  The Memorial offers opportunities for reflection through service to Scouting Troops and other Civil Organizations.

​Binh Danh, A ongoing photography project titled "The Crosses of Lafayette," captures the Memorial using 19th-century daguerreotype techniques. The project has been widely recognized for its contribution to contemporary war photography and remembrance, with pieces featured in institutions like the National Gallery of Art and Sotheby's exhibitions.
